Site Manager

Opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across Ireland. This is a mobile role involving programme management, subcontractor coordination, site delivery and client liaison. Suitable for candidates from construction, fit-out, modular, residential or commercial project backgrounds.

The Role:

• Take overall responsibility for site operations, programme delivery and project completion.
• Coordinate with main contractors to ensure project milestones and delivery targets are achieved.
• Manage snagging, handover and close-out activities across multiple projects.
• Oversee labour resources, subcontractors and site productivity.
• Record and manage variations, dayworks and material requirements in conjunction with commercial teams.

The Person:

• Previous Site Manager, General Foreman or Construction Management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, programme management and site delivery.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple project locations.
