The Opportunity
We are delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm in Belfast to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive client base.
The role offers exposure to a varied mix of acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, asset management and real estate support on corporate transactions. You will be joining an established and collaborative team with a strong reputation in the Belfast market.

The Role
You will:
Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions
Handle acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and asset management matters
Provide real estate support on corporate transactions
Work closely with clients, colleagues and wider transactional teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
4–8 years’ PQE in commercial property / real estate
Strong technical experience across a variety of commercial property matters
Experience gained within a well-regarded commercial law firm or property team
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
A commercial, client-focused approach
The ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
