The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice across renewals, risk management and policy placement while working closely with insurers to negotiate the best outcomes.
Alongside managing existing accounts, you'll identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and new business generation, support larger client relationships, mentor colleagues and ensure all work is completed to the highest compliance standards.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial insurance broking
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines products
- CIP qualified (or working towards)
- Experience managing client relationships independently
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts
- Experience using Relay would be advantageous
