The Role

You'll support the management of a diverse commercial portfolio, handling renewals, policy amendments, insurer negotiations and day-to-day client servicing.

Working closely with senior colleagues and underwriters, you'll also identify opportunities to cross-sell and generate additional business while ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

About You

• Previous experience within an insurance brokerage
• Commercial lines experience preferred
• CIP qualified or working towards qualification
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Experience with Relay is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
