We are hiring for our client, a well‑established organisation in Belfast, seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. The Role:
• Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Analyse financial performance and provide insight to management
• Assist with cost control, variance analysis, and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
The Person:
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification recently achieved
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles
• Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
