The Role:

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes.
  • Handle client matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including court proceedings and advocacy (where appropriate).
  • Provide clear, practical, and strategic advice to clients in writing, over the phone, and in meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance policies, procedures, and risk management protocols.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including CPD, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the firm at charity, community, and networking events.
  • Drive new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A qualification as a solicitor with 1-6 years PQE in dispute resolution.
