We are partnering with a fast-growing and innovative business within the construction / manufacturing space to recruit an experienced Procurement Manager.

This is a key position responsible for overseeing the full procurement function, ensuring materials and services are sourced competitively and delivered in line with operational requirements. The role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with internal teams to support delivery, cost control, and programme alignment.

The Role

  • Manage end-to-end procurement across the business
  • Utilise and continuously improve internal procurement systems
  • Build and develop a high-performing supplier network
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements
  • Align procurement activity with production schedules and cash flow

The Person

  • Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or senior buying role
  • Experience within construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with procurement or ERP systems
