The Role:
As an Energy Partner, you will:
- Lead and develop the firm's energy practice in your area of expertise (Oil & Gas or Renewables).
- Advise clients on complex, high-value transactions and projects within the energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network to deliver seamless, cross-jurisdictional legal services.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a Partner or Senior Associate within the energy sector, with a focus on either Oil & Gas or Renewables.
- A strong network of industry contacts and a proven ability to generate business.
- Exceptional technical expertise and a deep understanding of the legal and commercial issues facing the energy sector.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
