The Role:
- Manage and advise on a variety of commercial disputes, including insurance defence matters such as product liability and personal injury claims.
- Represent clients in the retail, construction, insurance, and aviation sectors.
- Work closely with partners and senior solicitors on complex litigation, including large-scale, cross-jurisdictional disputes.
- Gain experience in both contentious insurance-related matters and general commercial litigation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, while contributing to business development efforts.
The Person:
- 2 to 8 years’ PQE in insurance litigation (defence) and commercial litigation.
- Strong academic record and a passion for dispute resolution.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
- Ambitious, driven, and looking for career progression within a growing team.
