The Role:
As a Private Equity/M&A Associate Solicitor, you will:
- Lead and support on high-value, complex transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and restructuring.
- Engage in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and management incentive plans.
- Conduct due diligence and provide strategic advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
- Work closely with financial sponsors and private equity firms, building strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
The Person:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 2+ PQE with a strong background in corporate law, ideally with experience in PE or M&A transactions.
- A proven ability to manage complex transactions and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.
