We are hiring for our client, a highly successful, multi-site business based in Belfast, who are seeking a permanent, hands-on HR Manager to manage their full HR function.
This is a standalone role, ideal for someone highly organised and confident in both administrative and managerial responsibilities.
As an HR Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy management, compliance, performance issues, and provide support to line managers across the business.

The Role
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, probation reviews, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and systems documentation
- Support managers with employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, and general HR guidance
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies
- Produce HR reports, monitor key people metrics, and support payroll processes
- Drive consistent HR standards across the business
The Person
- CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- 3+ years’ relevant HR experience at Senior HR Generalist/Advisor or HR Manager level
- Experience in production-led, warehouse, distribution, or retail environments (essential)
- Strong knowledge of NI and ROI employment legislation
- Passionate about supporting people and operational HR activities
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
