Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish commercial law firm to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor for their growing Dublin office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate team, working closely with a well-established Partner on a broad range of high-quality, complex transactions.

The Role

You will be involved in advising on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing transactions
• Asset management of large-scale property portfolios
• Development work across mixed-use schemes
• Real estate finance and investment structures

The team advises across a diverse range of sectors including retail, office, industrial, hospitality, student accommodation, data centres and healthcare.

The Team

You will join a highly experienced team known for delivering practical, commercially focused advice. The group works closely with major developers, institutional investors and funds on some of the most significant property developments in Ireland.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong experience in real estate transactions and asset management
• Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
• Keen to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment
