Opportunity Summary
Hunter Savage is working with a leading offshore law firm to appoint a Corporate Funds Associate (3–7 PQE) to its market-leading corporate team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Funds Associate seeking exposure to premium international work, advising global financial institutions, private equity houses and investment funds. The role offers a strong platform for progression, combining high-quality work with a more balanced and supportive working environment than traditional London practice.

Practice Focus
The successful Corporate Funds Associate will join an award-winning corporate practice, recognised as one of the largest and most established in the Channel Islands. The team advises on a wide range of sophisticated investment funds matters, including structuring, formation and ongoing advisory work. You will be involved in complex, cross-border transactions, working closely with high-calibre colleagues on cutting-edge offshore mandates.

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years’ PQE with a strong corporate or funds background
• Experience advising on investment funds, ideally gained in a leading UK, Irish or international firm
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
• Interest in developing a long-term offshore career
