The Role – Civils Site Manager
- Day-to-day site management of civil engineering and groundworks projects
- Programme planning, labour and resource control
- Ensuring health & safety, quality and housekeeping standards are maintained
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders
- Enforcing company standards and driving best practice on site
The Person
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering / groundworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
