The Role:
- Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of electrical equipment within commercial environments
- Diagnose faults efficiently and implement effective repairs
- Deliver exceptional on-site technical support to clients across Ireland
- Ensure all work is completed in line with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous service improvement
The Person:
- Proven experience in a Field Service Technician role or similar position
- Strong electrical background, ideally within commercial settings
- Ability to work independently and manage a nationwide travel schedule
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Full, clean driving licence
