Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Junior Site Manager to support project delivery across NI and ROI.

The Role:
- Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
- Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist with site documentation, reporting, and progress updates
- Communicate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
The Person:
- Trades background with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
- Flexibility to travel across NI and ROI as required
