We are hiring for our client, a progressive and forward-thinking construction business based in Belfast, seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This Estimator role offers the opportunity to work within a modern, collaborative environment where innovation, flexibility, and professional development are genuinely encouraged.
With 3–4 years’ post-graduate experience in construction or fit-out, the successful Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates while working closely with project delivery teams to support successful tender outcomes.

The Role
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors
- Complete detailed take-offs, cost plans, and pricing schedules
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks
- Support bid submissions and client presentations
- Liaise with project management teams to align estimates with delivery
The Person
- 3–4 years’ post-graduate experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of cost management and estimating principles
- Proficient with Evaluate, Procore, or similar estimating software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
