We are hiring for our client, a leading construction firm specialising in building envelope systems, including flat roofing, sheeting, façades, and curtain walling systems. The Site Manager will oversee the on-site delivery of these packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role:
- Plan and organise installation works to meet agreed construction schedules and adapt when necessary.
- Maintain a minimum two-week lookahead for materials, labour, and access requirements.
- Conduct daily quality inspections, ensuring installations meet drawings and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Oversee site logistics, ensuring the safe delivery and storage of materials.
- Promote a strong health & safety culture, leading by example and ensuring compliance at all times.
- Direct site labour, ensuring operatives understand tasks, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and the project team to ensure smooth project progression.
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within roofing, cladding, façades, or glazing.
- Strong technical knowledge of flat roofing systems, curtain walling, and general building envelope installation.
- SMSTS (or equivalent) certification and a valid CSCS/CSR card.
- Excellent communication skills, both with site teams and clients.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
