We are hiring for our client, a well-established London firm with a strong reputation in property law, who are seeking a Property Paralegal to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated paralegal looking to gain hands-on experience with high-value residential, commercial, mixed-use, and development projects.

You will work closely with an experienced partner known for advising property companies, offshore structures, developers, lenders, and high-net-worth clients — offering exceptional exposure to a range of property law matters.

The Role

• Assist in managing a caseload spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use property matters

• Support on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, transfers, and leasehold matters

• Help with land acquisition for residential developers, supporting the full development lifecycle

• Handle title reviews, plot sales, and all aspects of property due diligence

• Assist with secured lending matters, working with both lenders and borrowers

• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions

The Person

• Previous experience as a Property Paralegal or with relevant legal exposure is preferred

• Strong background in residential or commercial property law (or both)

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on client care

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
