As the People & Culture Administrator, you will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, wellbeing, and development—ensuring high-quality support that aligns with the organisation’s mission and values.

The Role:
- Core HR Administration & Processes
- Support recruitment and selection administration, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks across the entire employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and personnel files
- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
- Assist in delivering employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Support campaigns that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Training & Development
- Maintain up-to-date training records and schedules
- Provide administrative support for learning and development programmes
- Policy & Compliance
- Promote adherence to HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Support compliance with employment legislation across NI, UK, and ROI
- Projects
- Assist with People & Culture projects as required, contributing to wider organisational goals
The Person:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to undertake further training and development
