Job Description

Due to continued success, our Client, a leading international professional services organisation, wishes to appoint a Recruitment Administrator.  This is new, Recruitment Assistant job for a 12 month fixed term contract. 

This is an excellent entry opportunity for someone wishing to pursue a career in internal recruitment.  There is an excellent training programme!

The successful Recruitment Administrator will enjoy working as part of a busy team supporting all aspects of the recruitment cycle – advertising, speaking with applicants, tracking CVs, scheduling interviews etc..

Our global client boasts exceptional values and principles and are well known and respected in their market.  The recruitment administrator position is a busy and varied role, perfect for someone keen to develop their Recruitment assistance skills and gain professional, global exposure.

 

The Role

  • Support the Resourcing Managers with all aspects of the recruitment cycle
  • Day to day scheduling activities ie booking interviews, agency management, calendar management, sending rejection/thank you letters, booking rooms, speaking with candidates
  • Advertising and posting the latest vacancies
  • Distribute CVs to the relevant hiring managers and track response -offers/feedback/rejections
  • Track and supply PO numbers to external providers
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process and support completion of the annual reviews to the equality commission
  • Assist with drafting and processing new hire contracts
  • Other ad hoc tasks

 

The Person

  • 3rd level qualification, essential
  • Minimum of 1 year recruitment/HR administration experience, or similar
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills & ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Right to work in the UK, essential
