Property Solicitor (Commercial/Residential)

Are you a property solicitor looking for a new challenge? Hunter Savage is currently recruiting a property solicitor to work in this well established and well regarded law firm based in Belfast City Centre. This role would suit a solicitor, ideally 3 + years PQE with previous property experience. 

Our Client

Our client is a well established law firm with a solid and growing client base. They are well known as being a good firm to work for and have a solid team who have all worked there for a considerable amount of time. Due to the current structure of the firm there will be lots of potential for Partnership over time for the right candidates.

The Role

Working as part of their property team the property solicitor will get the opportunity to work on a blend of residential and commercial property transactions. There is also significant opportunity to get involved in the future growth of the business.

The Person

Ideally you will meet the following criteria 

- Qualified Solicitor - Ideally 3 + years PQE 

- PQE gained with some solid property experience either residential or commercial 

- It would be desirable if you had previous experience in other areas of law e.g. insolvency 

- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships

- Ability to work well as part of a cohesive team
