Service Analyst (ITIL Certification)
Hunter Savage is currently working with a not for profit client in the medical and health sector to recruit a service analyst in a permanent role. This role will include a blended mix of office and working from home.
The service desk analyst will be the main point of contact for the team and end users in Northern Ireland and therefore will be required to provide a highly efficient and effective service desk operation for all end users, customers and suppliers. Providing an exceptional service the service desk analyst will also be required to ensure that all agreed SLA's are met. You will be required to support over 900 end users and over 30 suppliers across NI.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced service desk analyst/IT technical support advisor to work autonomously and own this area for the Northern Irish area. They will also benefit from a exceptional salary and great working environment.
Ideally you will meet the follow criteria
- Previous experience of IT service delivery/IT support ideally within pharmaceutical/healthcare or medical supply chain sectors
- Ideally you will be ITIL certified
- Demonstrable passion for customer service and experience of working to SLA's
- Experience of working with a CRM system, ideally microsoft dynamics
