We are hiring for our client to appoint an Administrator on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract in Belfast City Centre. This role is available immediately, 5 days in office.
The Administrator will provide general administrative support, including front desk duties, office organisation, and support for various teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and looking to step into a fast-paced office environment with an immediate start.

Responsibilities
- Front desk and reception duties
- General administration and office support
- Handling calls, emails, and correspondence
- Filing, record keeping, and document management
- Supporting teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Maintaining office systems and supplies
The Person
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
